Abstract:
Nocturnal enuresis is characterized by occasional urinary incontinence during sleep in children aged five years or older, provided there are no underlying congenital abnormalities of the urinary system or neurological impairments. This condition often causes emotional distress in both children and their families, disrupting daily life. It can contribute to diminished self-confidence, social withdrawal, academic underperformance, and psychological concerns.
