Love in the age of AI: How technology is reshaping relationships

Abstract: Artificial Intelligence is shaping the new world. It contributes to material as well as the non-material culture of our society. This paper is intended to analyze the contribution of AI in evolving the nature of social relations, especially love relations. The paper analyses the impact of AI in reshaping romantic relations and the ethical issues attached to it. Qualitative research is supported by primary and secondary data. The research findings elaborate the role of AI in dating Apps, the role of artificial intelligence to combat loneliness of modern urban individuals and its role as new age relationship counsellor. The paper highlights the ethical concerns and the limitation of AI in complete reformation of romantic relations.
