Hans Kelsen is regarded as the pure theory of law. It is known to us that the philosophy of law created by
Hans Kelsen is considered as a foundation stone of legal positivism. This theory aims to evaluate the law as a scheme of standards, liberated of scruples, sociology, or politics, concentrating on its arrangement and cogency. In addition, the pure theory of law is measured as the impressively persuasive legal theory in jurisprudence, and it plays a vital role for the fruition of legal positivism and persuading the legal scholarship and legitimate training.
