Abstract: Science festivals have emerged as a key instrument for uplifting student participation in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics). Through interactive workshops and experiential learning opportunities, these events have probably made scientific concepts more approachable and pleasurable. This study examines the effect of science festivals in enhancing STEM interest, engagement, and career aspirations using a structured, classical approach. The survey method was used as a part of a mixed-methods strategy. Qualitative and statistical analysis was done that shed light on shifts in the STEM section and student experiences and participation. Findings showed that science festivals can boost student involvement and enthusiasm in STEM fields with an increase in the hands-on activities sections. Thus, science festivals can serve as a useful asset for raising STEM-related engagement, education and research.
