A woman's position and place in society provides information about her developmental level. "Women's empowerment" means empowered nations and societies in which women are seen as equal and productive partners in social, political and economic spheres. However, the majority of women around the world are not fulfilling their potential and contributing to the development of their countries. One of the most important aspects of the country's economic development is entrepreneurship. Fostering female entrepreneurship is an important part of human resource development.
