Abstract: Since its establishment, Israel has maintained an exceptional relationship with the United States, marked by unwavering US support. This cooperation spans economy, diplomacy, and military fields, unparalleled with any other nation. Even during the Cold War, Israel remained independent of formal alliances. The strength of this bond lies not just in strategic interests but in a shared understanding of the historical injustices faced by the Jewish people. Following the Six-Day War, this bond became crucial for Israel’s regional security. Additionally, the Jewish Diaspora in the US plays a key role in shaping the bilateral relationship. This paper will analyse US-Israel relations in the context of West Asian politics, particularly regarding Palestinian statehood, and examine the influence of the Jewish Diaspora on both the relationship and the Israel-Palestine conflict.
