Abstract: Constitution of 18th February 2006 in Democratic Republic of the Congo distributes competences between central power et provinces. It attributes to provinces the provincial public function and local which must fix the rules of organizations and functioning through edict. Nevertheless, that be national, provincial or/and local, the admission to the public function in DRC is controlled by the constitutional principle of equal access. In addition, public administration is apolitical, impartial and neuter. It is recommended praiseworthy hiring based on a test or competition of admission. However, the politicization is not absent. The praiseworthy officially in vigor does not arrive sometimes to impose itself, particularly because of partisan nominations like it be practiced in public provincial function in Equator and oriental provinces. This is in this framework that this study aims to demonstrate the access politicization to public provincial administration of these two provinces in DRC, through some approved indicators. As if we can observe, the social problem in the origin of this study is so, the violation of equal access principle to public function consecrated by constitution of DRC and the laws in matter. The present research waits to contribute at explication of the factors of personnel hiring politicization to the public function of Equator and Oriental provinces from 2006 to 2015 in view to propose the remedies, which impose themselves.
